A new moon teaches gradualness and deliberation, and how one gives birth to oneself slowly. Patience with small details makes perfect a large work, like the universe. What nine months of attention does for an embryo forty early mornings alone will do for your gradually growing wholeness. Rumi
You are a healer. I hold a deep belief that we have the power to heal ourselves–and others, and the world. It’s wise to use Western Medicine at times, integrative healers, massage therapists, Reiki masters, counselors, prayer, and so many more healing arts. But then, the bottom line, the real healing, the continued healing, the deep, consistent healing, is up to you. How do you do this? You make healing practices a habit. Forty consecutive days of practice allows you to create a new habit, a new way of being.
Healing is using the power of our bodies, minds and hearts to clear energy blockages and visualize pure flow into being. Through my studies and certification in Wisdom Healing Qigong teaching and healing facilitation, I will work with you to develop a customized qigong practice that will serve your healing on a multitude of layers.
A healer does not heal you. A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself. ―
Qigong Coaching includes consultation and support to implement, build and maintain your daily practice, to encourage you through chi purifications, and to celebrate with you as healing is manifested in ways you likely may not have even imagined.
If you are interested in hearing more or arranging an appointment, contact me: firstname.lastname@example.org. Initial consultation free of charge, continued coaching offered on a sliding scale, $20-$25 per half hour.
Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all of the expectations, all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are. – Rachel Naomi Remen
